Personal Branding is a way of defining ourselves. It is what define me internally & externally. Personal branding has the power to share the positiveness & the opportunities that could change the world & people around us.
How did your encounter with Brand Yourself change your life?
It has helped me to work on my emotion during presentation which has lead me to look into a different side of me that has motivated me to be better in person & professional aspect. The opportunities that drive direct to me have been amazing and got the chance to meet many great people who are inspiring & motivating.
What energises or ignites you?
I’m drawn to creativity & experiences. Anything creative will get me excited to explore the possibilities of people creation and innovation. Life is a journey full of different experiences so anything that I could push my limit to try to challenge give me energy.
What was the biggest challenge in life and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge I had in life was to overcome my responsibility & fear in my family business. I didn’t want to accept the family business and the responsibility that were passed to me as I wanted to be a designer. Although the trainings and the responsibilities were tough with lots of heartbroken along the way, I have learned to change the mind-set and be brave to encounter them. Break the box & stereotype that I’m only able to be a designer, instead I have become the creative entrepreneurs/businesswoman. Taking on the challenge, it has transformed me to be versatile in any field.
What is your proudest moment to date?
I’m able to change the culture & bring up the brand of Asia Green Group. Input creativity and won several awards for Asia Green Group. Also, started my own new venture, Scoopoint co-working space.
What is next for you?
Bring Asia Green Group into international level. Also, make Scoopoint the platform for creative entrepreneurs and expand to other cities.
If you can choose to be any of the charismatic persons in this world, who would that be and why?
There are too many of them but i would choose someone not from this world but a character, Wonder Woman by Gal Gadot. She is the representative of all women that she’s fearless, proactive, elegant yet strong with good heart. She believes in herself and she believes good within the human. That’s a true woman for me. She has inspired me and so many women out there to be independent and still have compassion for others.
What are the soft skills you possessed that you think have helped you greatly in your life and career?
I think I have a great leadership skill which I can lead and inspire my team and people around me. Another soft skill would be communication, I have no problem on starting any conversation and communicate the ideas across and it is important skill to have as a leader. As being a creative person, problem solving skill is a must have. I believe any problem has solutions to it and choose the creative and best solutions to solve it.
