Study the stars. Pay close attention to the people you admire in your industry or elsewhere. Scour their online profiles, read their articles, follow their tweets, watch what they wear and how they speak. You can learn a lot by studying and emulating the actions, attitudes and relationships of luminaries and in turn become a leader yourself!  

One of the key elements in Personal Branding is “walk the talk”. Your image and actions should be in line with the brand you are building. Be consistent all the time, be it there are people looking at you or not.  

What is Personal Branding about? Well, we guess it’s like what said by Harvey Specter, an attorney in USA Network series Suits portrayed by American actor Gabriel Macht. It’s not an something you do it now and forget about it the next, it’s effort build on long-term basis.
